The Delser family came from Wien (Austria). Since the eighteen century Carlo Delser and his brothers, Knights of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem, wrote the history of the italian food-industry. Because of their personal relationship with Kings and Popes and because of the excellence of their world-wide renown products,  they  were appointed as official purveyors of the Italian Royal Family and of the Vatican Palaces.

In 1970 the industrial activity has been sold by their descendants.

Alberto Delser the current owner of Delser Manorhouse studied Medicine and Surgery at Padua University and then Product Design (Engineering) at Central Saint Martin’s College of London where he post-graduated with a Master degree. He worked as Design Director for the Advanced Research of the Rossignol-Lange group and then as a free-lance product-designer for well re-known international companies.
